I-140/485曾被據，appeal後批準，我卡已拿到，配偶485仍顯示被據？是EB1a；是不是要等？還是要另file 485？
-It should be automatically activated after your successful appealing , but USCIS sometimes forget about that. So, your spouse had better contact USCIS by phone, mail or visiting USCIS local office to make sure it is OK. If something wrong, ask them to fix it.
