回複：緊急求助 關於返美證 reentry permit 的申請時間問題

我知道規定的是提出 reentry permit 申請的時必須physically 在美國境內。可是怎麽定義提出 reentry permit 申請的時間呢？是以寄出申請的郵件郵戳上的時間嗎？還是申請被收到的時間？
明天淩晨12點多的飛機，今天才把申請信投進郵箱裏。這會不會有問題？
