急問關於給父母申請綠卡的問題！

我是美國公民，正在給母親申請綠卡，情況如下：
母親正在美國，簽證到3月3日過期。已經為母親遞交I-130了，也收到回信（申請已經轉到NVC）.打算在美國直接轉身份拿綠卡。
問題一：
今天收到NVC來信，
一個是：Affidavit of support (AOS)processing fee bill invoice $70
但是在說明裏有一個Important Notes:
“If the applicant intends to adjust status with the U.S Citizenship and Immigrantion Services, please contact the NVC before making any payments or taking further action.”請各位大俠指點，這倒是是什麽意思？
第二個是：Information about the DS-3032 Choice of Agent and Address Form.這個表是正常程序嗎？應該是我母親填寫對嗎？
問題二：
我什麽時候，會通過什麽方式被告知可以遞交I-485申請了？NVC會通知我嗎？
問題三：
我母親簽證3月過期，遞交I-130以後留美身份就是合法的，對嗎？
