回複：請問可以在I94過期前出境過期後入境嗎？

還是此前發的帖子的後續問題，在準備預約簽證以及機票。現在看來很有可能會在I94過期前一周左右出境，回國重新簽證後，在原I94過期後的幾天回來，不知道這幾天的gap會不會有問題。此前已經被這小小I94的折磨的精疲力盡，所以保險起見，這個小問題也上來請教一下，謝謝！
-Fine. As long as you leave U.S. before your current I-94 expires (you need to provide the I-94 to the airlines when you leave), you can get a new visa to come back anytime ((it has nothing to do with your old I-94 which you provided to the airlines). You will get a new I-94 at the port of entry
