我在準備交485的材料, 其中, 要交the copy of all EXPIRED passports with a US visa in it. 我曾經有一本護照, 10多年前用的, 有來美國的visa, 這本護照現在已經過期了. 我也沒有留著. 現在找不到了.
-You need only provide the latest visa copy (the latest entry with this visa) of the passport for your I-485 filing. If this visa is in your new passport, you do not need any information in your old passport anymore.

我的律師說, 485的材料可以照交, 但是, 如果以後移民局來RFE, 我就需要解釋為什麽沒有交過期的護照.

到這來請交, 為什麽要交? 沒有的話, 有什麽影響啊? 哪位收到過這樣的FRE?
