回複：老公通過EB1A經美領館麵試已經入境拿到正式綠卡,請問,我是直接遞交485還是也要遞交130?

我先生在美國遞交了I140,然後回國,通過遞交824轉到廣州領館處理.現在已經入境，兩周後收到正式綠卡。現在我要遞交485，不知道是不是也要遞交130？
-You never file I-130 which is for family based category. If you use family based category, you need to wait for at least five years to get the priority date to be current.

You just need to file I-485 based on your spouse's approved I-140 as the dependent using EB category.
