綠卡為配偶申請I130時夫婦沒有什麽可出示的共同財產，結婚已經3年，去年孩子出生，現在需要將孩子的出生證寄到移民局嗎，還是等移民局要材料時再寄。如何寄呢？直接copy一份出生紙寄去嗎？萬分感謝先！
-I guess your kid was born in China and he/she is living with your wife in China, right? If yes, you can go to China to bring your kid to U.S. before he/she turns 2 year old and thus, he/she can get his/her green card immediately at the port of entry when you and your kid enter U.S. together. After your kid receives the physical green card (normally one month after he/she enters U.S.), he/she can apply for Re-entry Permit (RP) and go back to China and stay there for a maximum of two years, or just stay in China
If your kid is older than two years before he/she enter U.S., you have to file a I-130 for him/her as you did for your wife. You can not add your kid to your I-130 for your wife as you mentioned here.
