485pending, 用過一次AP，沒有EAD. AP下月過期，H1今年十月過期，需要辦嗎？

朋友是在大學的博後,485pending, 用過一次AP，沒有EAD. AP下月過期，H1今年十月過期。 用過AP, 身份就變成AOS了,那末AP過期後算不算out of status? 需要辦EAD嗎? 還是需要提前延H1B? 謝謝大家了!
