回複：是不是在I94失效前前遞上I-129就算解決了這一問題了？

通過這幾天的問答，看來目前我隻好遞I-129了，時間也很緊迫，我的I-94下月底失效，是不是我在那個日子之前遞上I-129就可以了，還是需要收到receipt，甚至批？
-As long as USCIS receives your petition (put it into their system-evidence: your check is cashed or you get the receipt) before your I-94 expires, you are OK to continue your work.


另外，現在file 129之前的那個LCA目前需要多久啊，我記得一年以前是即時的，

但是目前好像需要幾天還是幾周來著，
-It may take two to three weeks.
