我父母在美國非法居留了7個月，延期沒有批準，加上我要搬到加拿大去，搬家之前幾個月發現身體不太好，丈夫不在身邊。 他們為了照顧我和小孩，幫我搬家，所以沒能及時回去。現在他們想到加拿大去幫我照顧小孩，我擔心他們簽不過。在加拿大的申請表上要求填在五年之內在其他國家居留情況。
-I do not think they have a problem to get the visa for Canada, but they can not come back to U.S. within 3 years if they go out of U.S. They do not need to tell teh Canadian Visa officer they leive U.S. illegally. Also had better not say they go to Canada to take care of your kid (find some other reasonable excuses).
