She needs to find a sponsor who is willing to file a petition for her, and the petition has been approved by USCIS first.

我表妹去年從浙大的計算機數學博士畢業。現在考慮來美讀博士後。她不想申請J簽證。想H１。

H１大概是怎麽個過程？
