My h1b will be expired April 30 (6 years). Can I use my EAD for 3m and switch back to h1b around July? I have I 485 pending.
-Technically No. But you can file H1 extension beyond the H1 6 year limit before your current h1 expires (e.g. in March) and then, you can continue to work with h1 even if the H1 extension application is pending.
