有點不清楚:
2010 10月份的H1B怎麽會用光了呢? 不是4月1日才開始申請嗎?
-4月1日才開始申請 is for the 2011 year h1 quote. 2010 year quote applicaiton began in April 2009 and effective in Oct. 1, 2009.

4月1日申請,2010年10月1日開始工作?
-This is for the H1 quote for 2011.

如果我在4月1日申請,並被APPROVED, 是不是馬上可以開始工作呢?
-No because the 2010 quote has been never available.
