我有一個朋友的女兒來美國讀高中，拿的J1交換學生，她想留下來，換成F1的簽證，不知是否需要辦赦免。如果需要，怎麽辦？
-Mots likely she needs to go out of U.S. to get the F1 visa to come back. Not need J1 waiver (J1 waiver is needed to apply for h1 or GC, not F1).

還有一個問題，她可以辦社安號麽？
-No unless she is offered a part-time job on-campus.
