863211, thanks for answer my questions yesterday, I found out from Pjiang's arcticle that I do need to attach I-864 twice, one with 130 one with 485,
-No. You do not need to provide the I-864 twice. you just need to provide the I-864 with the I-130.

since they might be subject to different eyes, does that mean I need to pay $70 twice too?
-You do not need to pay any filing fee for the I-864 if your beneficial will file I-485 within U.S. to get the GC. The I-864 filing fee ($70) is paid to the National Visa Center only if the beneficial apply for the immigration visa outside U.S. using Consular processing.
