eb1b 485 approved before 140, why? help...

有一個問題請教大家, eb1b filed concurrently. 現在485 顯示是card production. 可140 有一個soft lud 但status 還是initial review. 現在糊塗了，這個是到底批沒批啊？ 謝謝大家。
