EAD申請未收Receipt Notice

我寄出EAD申請給NSC已40天，至今連Receipt Notice也還沒有收到。我在其他網站看到有不少人遇到同樣的情況。如果您在12月或1月申請EAD並且已經收到Receipt Notice，請回個帖。

我想EFile第二份申請，請問1）EFile當天的日期會是Receipt date嗎？2）我的第一份申請會被拒掉嗎？
