回複：請問,申請親屬移民期間,在美國可以工作嗎?

現在是F1,如果兄弟姐妹給我申請了親屬移民,在PENDING期,我的身份還是F1嗎?
-Yes if you are still in full time study. but you can not extend your F1 after your finish you current study/program.

如果不是,我在美國可以工作嗎?
-if you can change your status to H1 or get EAD, you can work.
