help!!!--h1 transfer and salary

Hi,

Got company wide pay cut for 10% second half of last year. Found a new job. When negotiating salary, told them the salary before pay cut. Just found I have to give pay stub to do h1 transfer. Do I need to explain it to the new empolyer?
