我最近成了美國公民，想給我媽辦green card.我媽現在在美國，但她的b2visa已經過期了。我想知道有沒有文件規定我可以在這種情況下給我媽申請green card,
-You have no problem to sponsor your mother' GC application even if her b2 visa已經過期 (this doe not affect her GC application).

還有這種情況要不要請lawyer.

另外，如果申請都需要天什麽表格。
