如果公司的名字換了呢?

如果換OWNER或MERGE了以後, 公司名字也變了, 但其他MANAGEMENT 什麽的沒變, 還算CHANGE OF EMPLOYER/SPONSORSHIP嗎? PERM 要重來嗎?
