2nd question for 863211

the second question is:
Should I file I-130 and I-485 in one envelope?
I tought I should, but from the instruction of USCIS, the P.O.Box number of both are the same: 805887, but the zip code for I-130 is 60680-4107,and I-485 is 60680-4120. Could you advice?
