I mean if I go to border to apply TN, is that ok if I'm on I539 h4 pending? If I revoke h4 after I got TN, will I be in invalid status between end of old job and begin of new job?

I heard there is case people got TN or h1b and start working, the supposed to be canceled h4 is still approved later on, what if this happened, what's the solution then?
