Help: 485 Pending over 365 days with 140 approval

I feel that most of the HRs will be confused about this status. Is it possible to tell them I have green card for my work status? What should I provide to them when employed? I didn't do anything for my previous employer, just a copy of my EAD card. Is there anything wrong? Thanks!
