1。 身體完全恢複後去上班公司在短期內以其他理由開人會有很高的法律風險麽?
-If the employer wants to lay off you, they will find a safe reason because most employment in U.S. is at will. So, I do not think there is 很高的法律風險 for the employer to do that.
一般他們這樣做的可能性如何?

2。 如果短期休假結束後仍然不適的話申請long term disability是否就沒有被開的危險?
-Hard to say.
3。 如果在修病假期間綠卡排期到了而且移民局又碰巧申請補件,short termdisability和long term disability的狀態對綠卡申請有影響麽?
-if the long term disability benefits are provided by Government, it is possible that may affect your GC application. Short-term disability benefits should be OK to GC application.
