公司規定，developer III 才幫辦 green card， 在同一公司， 由 developer II 升到 developer III, 並到不同部門， 需要辦H1B transfer嗎？
-It seems the employee qualification requirements are different between Developer II and Development III. So, your employer need to file an H1 amendment because the new job (developer III) has “Material Change”(實質性的改變) from Developer II.
Just ask your employer to file an H1 amendment petition for you and you can work as Dveloper III after USCIS receive the H1 amendment petition.
