請問pjiang，H1B的全職工作，請了三個月的無薪假，現在回去上班了，繼續開始拿薪水。有人說現在身份已經out of status了，因為三個月無薪假，太長了。是這樣麽？
-No problem. No one will care about that if your employer does not have a problem and USCIS will never realize it.

如果現在換個新工作，申請新的H1B有可能因為三個月無薪假不批麽？
-No problem as long as you can provide the latest three paycheck stubs when you do the H1 transfer.

最壞的結果就是讓回國簽證吧，是這樣麽？
-Correct.
以後綠卡申請會有很大影響麽？
-Not affect.
