I would like to answer the similar job change question in your post to 864321.

Mine case, EB2, I 140 approved, not filed I 485 yet. May I change the job?
I heard as long as the old company did not revoke I 140 and hold PD available. I could change the job and take another round of perm/I140 during the period of waiting for PD of I 485.

Am I right?
-Correct.

If this is true, How to make my old company did not revoke I140?
-Some employers do not really care about that and will never cancel the I-140. So, keep a good relationship with the employer even if you may leave and let the employer undersatnd your leaveling.
