(out of status將是8個月），這種out of status將會影響我下一次的h1b延期，是這樣嗎？
-It should not. But you can not file your I-485 to get your GC in the future and also it may affect your h1 visa application if you visit China later. So, I suggest you to go back to China after you get the h1 transfer approval and come back with an H1 visa in September.
