Could 863211 answer my question

Dear 863211:

I am going to file I-140 NIW soon. Could you help to confirm the following:

1) There is no premium processing for I-140 petition;
2) I-140 can not be filed concurrently with I-485;
3) The I-140 NIW filing fee is $475 and there is no other fees at this
stagge.

Just want to make sure. Very much appreciate your response.
