我先生2006年回國之前遞交了EB1A I140的申請，很快得到了批準。因為當時不確定在國內呆多久，是回來遞交485還是轉到廣領館處理，直到去年才轉到廣領館處理。本來是要我和他一起麵試的，但我這邊走不開，就取消了我的麵試。然後他經過麵試被要求補充材料後通過。

現在我可以遞交I485了嗎？還是要等他入境後？

download USCIS Form I-693 and complete your backgound information in the form and then, give the form to the Dr. and then, the Dr. will fill the exam results in the form, seal and give it to you. Then, you can proive this result form along with your I-485 filing together to USCIS.
