（1）關於Leaving of Abscence(LOA),如果我把二月份作為LOA，讓老板把我的合同終止時間推遲到四月一號，這樣的話在做h1b transfer的時候如果需要提供三個月的paycheck,那麽我至少可以有最後一個月的paycheck。這種方法可行嗎？（當然，老板同意是前提）

（2）同綠卡持有者結婚（我的女朋友有綠卡）在留在美國的問題上一點幫助都沒有嗎？
