just realized that an important question before I can acutally do anything.
I am planning moving back to china the end of next year for some family purposes, my hu*****and will go with me, and we will come back visiting US from time to time but not live long term,
would I still be able to get the permenant green card after two years?
-Yes. But you may need to apply for the Reentry permit if you plan to stay in China for longer term (> 1 year
