回複：Leaving of Absence (LOA) 可以適用於H1b visa holders 嗎？

現在想讓老板幫下忙，申請兩個月的Leaving of Absence (LOA),這樣好有更多一點的時間找工作（我現在的工作三月一號到期），有人知道是否LOA適用於H1b visa holders嗎？我在一所大學做postdoc.萬分感謝！
_Technically, No. But if your employer does not report to USCIS to cancel your H1, you should be OK. The problem is that when you do H1 transfer, you need to provide the lastest 3 month paycheck stubs. If you have large gap (e.g. >3 months) in the paycheck, your H1 transfer may be affected.
