取決於你的申請信（Petition Letter）是怎麽寫的——不是專家，回答供你參考

首先強調一點，我不是專家，下麵的回答僅供你參考而已。

1）按照我的理解，EB1B的申請，必須最終落實到究竟是OR或OP，不能籠絡和模糊。

2）如果是OP，不太清楚該如何算，因為按理說TA是Part-time的工作，無法算入三年的工作經驗。如果是OR，那麽至少在PHD期間開始發表文章時，便可以開始計算工作經驗，即使RA其實也是Part-time的工作，但是有很多人都是這麽算的。

3）建議你在申請信中弱化PHD期間的學生身份。比如，你可以說，I have been published scientific articles since the year of XXXX; my active participation, on a panel or individually, as the judge of work of others in the XXX field, started from the year of XXXX; Dr. XXX’s recommendation is based on my research results in the year of XXXX and collaborations that followed.所有這些表訴，都既清楚地表明了你從什麽時候開始從事Research，同時又避而不提自己的學生身份。
