filed 824-follow-to-join(EB1b)for my daughter in China, she got her immigration visa and is coming to US,
1. when she will get her physical Green Card after she arrived in US?
-When she enters U.S. with the immigration visa, she will get the lawful permanent residency immidiately at the port of entry and the IO will put a GC endorse her visa stamp in her passport and this stamp's functions are equal to the physcal GC. USCIS will send the physical GC to her in about one month.

does she needs to report to CIS after she arrived in US, or just wait ?
-Nothing needed to do.

2. How she can get her SSN number, she needs go to SS office or just wait?
-just bring the passport (the GC stamp in it) to the SSN office to apply for the SSN anytime after she arrives.
