I wonder if I can go back to get the visa and re-entry the USA by using the new I797. Does it fix the issue? T
-Technically, yes, but it is very risky because you may have been considered unlawful presence for more than one year and thus, you may be banned entry into U.S. within ten years if you leave U.S.
