我在網上查了一下，都說Employment Based 的綠卡申請不需要填Form I-864，可信上有說要，到底需不需要準備？
-Provide the required documents and it is the principle.

還有就是他要most rencent year 的tax return，但我麵試是1月15日，到那時我公司還沒有給我2009的W-2，給2008年的行嗎？
-Yes. Give them the latest 3 year tax return (2006, 2007 and 2008)

最後就是Evidence of your sponsor's and/or co-sponsor's United States Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident Status. 實在搞不懂，我的綠卡是公司給我sponsor的，我找誰要Evidence of your sponsor's and/or co-sponsor's United States Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident Status？
