上個月收到485 RFE（EB1A），要求employment letter，當時不知道是不是*****，隻讓postdoctoral 老板寫了封交了上去。昨天又收到2nd RFE，letter上說如果再RFE的話，小心你的case被據。怕怕啊。
“ In response to the Service request, you again submitted another support
letter from the same individual who was neither a department dean,
department chair and/or an anthorized adminstrative individual to verfy
continued employment of the University. As previously stated, the letter
must be executed by an executive of the university, not a fellow
departmental prefessor”
現在的問題是：
1. 我要department chair 寫這封信可以嗎？chair算不算an executive of the
university？不知道大家叫誰寫的信？
2.信上說“...the letter must also indicate whether the term and conditions
of your emplolyment-based visa petition(or labor certification) continue to exist." 對於EB1A，是不是隻要證明自己繼續從事同一領域就可以了？

will continue to employ him upon the approval of his permanent residency.
This is to verify ×× will continue to work in the same field as he claimed in his I-140 petition under classification 203(b)(1)(A), and the terms and conditions of the petition continue to exist.
