學校建議不要寄i-539, 建議180天內離境。說如果寄了i539，移民局就會 知道這件事，並留下記錄，還會要求30天內離境，同時他們不出我的2019表。說如果180天內離境，通常不會留下記錄。

可是出境不是要上交i94嗎？是不是同樣會被發現，並留下記錄？
-You have to go outside US to get the J2 visa as soon as you can. Of course, USCIS will find out your unlawful presence. But if you leave US and get the J2 visa to come back, all of this record will be removed and nothing will affect you in the future. But if you leave US too late, it may affect you to get the J2 visa outside U.S. If you leave U.S. after 180 days form now on, you will be banned to enter U.S. within 3 years.
