回複：也問父母移民問題--這個問題有一定普遍性，請大師給個權威答複

最近看了很多問父母移民的帖子，好像有一定的普遍性，也希望大師和熱心人給個權威答複。
1）父母一塊辦時，是否父親需要辦理出生, 而母親不需要辦理出生公證？

還是父親需要辦理婚姻公證，
-Yes, based on the I-130 instructions. But some people got the green card without this document. For the safe reason, this document should be provided.

母親不需要辦理婚姻公證？
-Correct.

他們分別辦理又如何要求呢？
-生公證 should contain birth date, birth place and parents' names.
2）父親辦理出生公證，的確存在拆遷、搬家、戶口本變更等等問題，沒有門路或者關係開不出證明的問題，因而無法公證，
-讓派出所，工作單位的人事部門，街道居民委員會或農村的鄉鎮政府出個證明，然後去公證.
If you can not get such a 證明, you also can ask your parents' elder relatives or friends to provide a oath letter to prove your parents' marriage or birth date (such as your grandparents' names, etc.), and 公證 this oath letter.

但他的兒子的出生公證實際上已經解決了他們的關係，這種情況下，有沒有不能提供父親出生公證，也有辦成移民的例子呢，請有經驗的大師和過來人說明一下
