綠卡持有人在中國的配偶如何來美國？

如果綠卡持有人的配偶在中國，怎麽可以來美國？要申請什麽簽證？容易申請嗎？這個簽證可以在美國呆多久？簽證到期是否必須回中國重新簽證？
