我在國內逗留5個月， 這次人境， 護照上寫有ARC， out 5months. 不過海關人員隻是問了下理由，語言上並沒有提出警告。

想問一下， 護照上寫有ARC， out 5months算是警告嗎。
-No. A returning resident alien (green card holder) is not required to present a valid passport for reentry into the U.S., although most will have one, since a passport is often required for entry into a foreign country. When presented, the passport is normally annotated with "ARC", and the alien's "A" number should be written on the page with the admission stamp.

"out 5 months" means you stayed outside US for 5 months during this period of time. "ARC" means Alient Resident Card - the old official name of Green Cards, i.e Permanent Resident Cards (present name).



我這次在美國逗留2周。 下次再入境會有麻煩嗎。
