我的綠卡十年有效也沒有CONDITIONAL字樣.但是485麵試的時候,移民官讓我們簽了一份"NOTIFICATION OF SECTION 216 TO PERSON FILING FOR SPOUSE IF MARRIED LESS THAN TWO YEARS WHEN ADJUSTED" 這張表說拿到臨時綠卡後要FILE I-751.
-USCIS usually issue a permanent card (not conditional one) to you if your marriage is more than two years when your I-485 is approved. So, you do not need to file this form if are offered a permanent green card (十年有效, renewable ferever) even if the officer gave the form to you.

但第一張綠卡就是這張十年有效的.

我要申請I751嗎?不會是移民局搞錯了,如果我不FILEI-751,不會有麻煩吧?
-When you were interviewed, the officer had not decided whether you would be issued a conditional card or permanent card and of course he/she gave the form to you. You just ignore this form and will hav eno problem.

還是常有申請人直接拿非CONDITIONAL的綠卡?

另外,這種情況下,我仍然是在綠卡批準三年後申請公民嗎?
