我是加拿大公民，在美國持H1-B。如果回中國探親，我的第一個Stamp of H1-B應該在哪裏申請?

1. 據說美國在墨西哥的領事館不受理第一個Stamp of H1-B。
-Not need to get the h1 stap there.

2. 是否我必須去一趟加拿大申請這個Stamp?
-Yes, you can get it in the port of entry of U.S. if you want to, but not need to do that.

3. 作為加拿大公民，我能否在北京申請這個Stamp?
-Not need to get the stamp there either.

4. 有人說加拿大公民的Stamp應該在美國口岸申請。這是指從中國回來時在美國口岸申請?
-Correct. You can get the new H1 I-94 when you come back at the port of entry in U.S. (no stamp needed) and tehn, you can work with h1 status again.

還是指去中國前在美國口岸申請?
-No.
在美國-墨西哥邊境申請可以嗎?
-Yes, but not necessary.


5. 也有人說，持加拿大護照以H1-B入境無簽證要求，但是H-1B I-129的批準書是要的。
-Correct. bring the H1 approval notice, your passport and the recent 3 month paycheck stubs or employment verification letter from your employer (usually not need, but just in case)
