緊急求助！！！我媽媽的B2延期被拒，我申請了入籍，但還沒麵試。有沒有必要給我媽申請I-290B?
-I do not think it will be helpful to file I-290B (only save some time but it is difficult to win)

如果我媽媽不回去，簽證過期後等我入籍再給她申請green card (我不工作，要我老公作擔保）會不會有問題？
