For example, if somebody applied a visa at the first time and was rejected, the rejecting stamp was on the last page of the passport. Then he may not turn in that copy.
-The visa application rejection/denial does not affect the GC application no matter how many times your visa applications were denied/rejected. USCIS only concern about whether you entered US legally or not, so you just need to provide the copy of the visa page and the I-94 to prove your legal entry. The blank pages of the passport are not needed for the GC application.
