沒有他們的父母（也就是我的祖父母）的名字行嗎？
-Hard to say. The acceptable 出生公證 should include the parents' names, birthdate and birth place. But if your parents can not get the 出生公證 which includes their parents'name at this point, they may just provide what they have for their GC application. If USCIS do not accept it, they may provide a new one later if they get the RFE. So, they have better prepare a new 出生公證 just in case.

當初我的出生公證有我父母的名字。
