My kid is in AOS status, now she is applying college. Does she apply as a national or international student? As we discussed before, she can apply financial support, but we are not sure about this.
-She is never qualified for an International student (F1) anymore because she has immigration intent. Some schools require that she needs to be in a parolee status to be qualifed for the financial aid from government, so she may need to use Advanced Parole (AP) to go out of US to get a parolee I-94 before she enrols a school. But she can use EAD to work on-campus or out of campus.
