回複：緊急求助：485被拒

我的一位朋友今天收到通知485被拒，他有H1身份，但是他的太太和2個孩子在1月15號之前要求離境。原因是沒有打指紋，但是實際上他們10月份收到打指紋通知，幾天又收到打指紋被取消的通知，所以沒有去打指紋。

請問各位，他們現在應該怎麽做才能讓老婆孩子合法在美國，appeal嗎？
-Just file an I-485 Motion to Reopen (MTR)/Reconsideration (Form I-290B) (provide the 打指紋被取消的通知 and explanation with the MTR filing). Then, they can stay in US, and not need to 離境.
